Focus on: Wellbeing
With some important sporting events kicking off, such as Wimbledon and the women’s football World Cup, it’s a good time to encourage physical activity. This can range from simple things such as reminding people to take regular breaks and walks, to organising sporting activities of your own.
From a mental wellbeing point of view, you can set up regular wellbeing check-ins. These don’t need to be mandatory, but any employees who need to chat or destress will thank you for it.
