Mona Akiki | Interim VP of People at Perkbox
Since 2019, Mona has acted as Perkbox’ Interim VP of People. Mona has more than 21 years of experience, 16 of which in HR advising leaders and organisations succeed in transformational and ever changing environments. Most recently, Mona founded Path Forward Ltd which helps leaders achieve their and their teams’ full potential through coaching and advisory services. Since joining Perkbox, Mona’s focus has been on Perkbox’ own culture, leadership team and internal employee experience.
Farrah Qureshi | Founder and CEO of Global Diversity Practice
Farrah is recognised as one of the foremost experts, thinkers and practitioners on Global Diversity and Inclusion Consultancy and Training. After an illustrious career spanning academia, local and national government, global consulting and as a successful business leader leading D&I activity as Head of D&I, Farrah set up Global Diversity Practice. As CEO and founder of Global Diversity Practice Ltd, Farrah has synthesised 28 years of D&I experience to take Global Diversity Practice into the premier league of global consultancies. Farrah has won a host of awards, including; the Bloomberg Excellence in Diversity Lifetime Achievement Award, Top Global D&I Leaders Award, Enterprising Woman of the Year award and the ENEI Award for Training Excellence.
Richard Odufisan | Manager, Deloitte UK | Diversity & Inclusion Ambassador | Podcast Co host
Richard Odufisan is a Manager in the Deloitte Consulting Practice. In his role as a Diversity Ambassador for Deloitte he has championed and led a number of initiatives across the whole Inclusion landscape, including being a member of the Steering Group helping to deliver the firm’s Black Action Plan. At the heart of his message is the aim that through diversity and inclusion, we celebrate our differences and no one gets left behind or forgotten.
