Perkbox supercharges its reward and recognition system to boost end-of-year rewarding
19th October, 2023: Perkbox, the award-winning rewards and benefits platform, has continued to enrich company cultures through its reward and recognition offering, launching a suite of new features in time for the festive period. These innovations — free for all Perkbox customers — will boost the effectiveness of their end-of-year initiatives, as well as saving them time and money.
The innovations Perkbox is launching includes:
- Greeting cards, which enable businesses to celebrate important milestones such as birthdays and work anniversaries in a seamless way. People across the organisation can easily add messages of celebration — eliminating the need to manually collect them or use an external tool. As Perkbox customers get the feature for free, this means there is one less vendor to manage or pay for — vital in the current economic climate.
- Budgets, which simplifies the management of reward and recognition programmes. HR teams can allocate Reward points to each of their initiatives in advance — helping them plan well ahead. Not only does this ease the admin burden, but it also gives them better visibility of their reward spending.
- Scheduled group rewards give HR teams peace of mind towards the end of the year, removing the need to manually send rewards. Instead, a simple CSV upload will allow them to reward up to 1,000 employees at once, as far as 30 days in advance. This is expected to be especially popular near the end of the year for things like festive rewards and bonuses.
- Reward templates help HR teams create a more memorable gifting experience for their teams, including a festive-themed one. Not only do these templates make rewarding as easy as a couple of clicks, but they increase the visibility of rewards, boosting employee morale.
