Why we developed Budgets

Since launching our currency agnostic Rewards system in mid-2021, we’ve been gathering feedback from HR teams and managers, to enhance the experience and ensure our platform meets all of your needs.

How to get started with Budgets

It’s easy to get started with Budgets, and to make sure you have the support you need, we’ve added set-up guides to the platform that you can refer to at any time.

All it takes is three easy steps:

  1. Make a list of initiatives in your existing Reward and Recognition programme
  2. Add these initiatives as Budgets within the Perkbox platform
  3. Use these Budgets when topping up, sending points to managers or giving them to the team
