Reporting improvements
We’re carrying out a series of reporting improvements to provide you with the usage information you need, when you need it.
The improved reporting suite enables you to understand how your employees are using Perkbox and the focus areas where you need to drive engagement.
We’re about to launch two exciting updates:
1. Celebration hub report
This brand new report allows you to see the leaderboards of people and teams that have been recognised by others.
2. Improved reporting structure and navigation
We’re updating the look and feel of our reporting suite, so you can easily find the report that you need. We’ve split the reports by features, saving you time navigating around different reporting tabs.
Admin hub updates
We’re introducing a few small but impactful improvements that will make your lives easier and widen your options. Check out the most recent updates below:
1. Perks catalogue
Quite a few of you have shared that you wanted to be able to see what Perks are available in different countries. You can now get a taster of the latest perks and rewards that are available in different countries and access the global Perks catalogue from within the homepage of Admin hub.
2. Adding and removing countries
It’s great to see lots of you adding countries and extending Perkbox to more teams around the world. We’ve launched a minor update to allow you to now remove countries from the list if you’ve added them by mistake or if your business has changed.
3. New integration
Cezanne HRIS integration is now available — check out the article on integrations!
4. New set-up tool
To help you complete set-up for your platform we’re adding a new guidance checklist on the Admin Hub to show what you’ve completed and what you may still want to complete.
Global Reward
Here are some new things within Global Reward:
1. Improved navigation to the Rewards catalogue
To make Rewards catalogue easier for your teams to find, we’ve added a tab to the homepage and the navigation bar, both on the web and the mobile versions.
2. Group rewarding [coming soon]
Rewarding multiple people at once? Check out this exciting update that allows you to reward as many employees as you like in minutes.
Other features
Here are some other features we’ve released in October:
- We’ve added English closed captions to all of our Wellness hub content on the web version. This will soon be available on the app as well.
