Perkbox ranked no.5 in Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100

We stole the 5th spot. (Last year we ranked 19th – so that’s a 14-place jump!)

Scaling up is hard work.

You have to lay the track while the train is in motion.

You have to keep the sense of purpose while fighting tooth and nail for growth.

You have to maintain a great culture, but adapt to make it relevant for all the new people who join on your adventure.

We got there because of the hard work and commitment of each and every one of our team, and of course the support of our amazing customers.

What’s next?

At Perkbox we want to continue our mission, and reach even more customers. With plans to help 10 million employees by 2020 and 100 million by 2025, we’ve just doubled our tech team and hired our first CTO, Paul Schultz.

There has also been other additions to the senior leadership team with Tom O’Connor and Robert Blackler joining as Enterprise Customer Success Director and VP of Sales respectively.
