We’re introducing a few improvements that will make it easier for you to get your managers involved in your recognition programmes

Reward from recognition

Admin and manager-level users are now able to add rewards to the recognitions you send. Check this article to learn more.

Reward wallet balance - admins and managers

Admins and managers can now view their Reward budget wallet balance from a widget by the Recognition feed.

Reward wallet balance - users

All users can now view their personal Reward points budget in a widget by the Recognition feed.The users will only see this widget if they have Reward points in their wallet Managers and admins will see both their personal Reward points (available in My wallet) and the Reward wallet budget balance on their screen.

Availability of Rewards

We have enabled all existing Flexi Perks to be part of our Rewards catalogue. We now have 3500+ Rewards available in 90+ countries. Check out Rewards catalogue for details

Physical gifts (UK) 

We have expanded our Physical gifts catalogue in the UK with 200+ new items for your teams to enjoy. We are working on expanding this globally, so keep an eye on the announcements!

Admin hub updates

We’ve been working to ensure our admin users have more control over their Perkbox from within the platform

Access your billing

This allows you to download any invoices directly from the platform!
Top tip: make your finance colleagues admins in the platform so that they can access invoices directly and save you time on downloading and sharing the invoices and reports!

Renew your subscription

You can now renew your subscription within the platform in just a few clicks. When your renewal is approaching, you will see an option in your billing section to renew your subscription, and all you will need to do is follow a few easy steps to complete the task. 

Not sure if your renewal is coming up? Don’t worry, we will be sending you reminder emails when it’s time to renew.
