Since launching Perkbox, a subsequent engagement survey was peppered with positive comments about the platform.

These perks translated to real savings for the workforce. In the last 12 months alone, employees have saved a cumulative $53,657 through a combination of reward points, gift cards and discount codes.  

Meredith noted that the engagement survey also highlighted the significant role Perkbox’s recognition tool played in this transformation.

“It gives our employees visibility across all brands and the ability to recognise each other's contributions, fostering a more connected and supportive workplace culture.” 

Creating a culture of recognition 

Being an entity made up of other entities, RGF Staffing wanted to honour the connections employees felt towards the brands they work for. However, they also wanted to remind staff that they are part of something bigger. 

“We run quarterly awards via nominations through our Perkbox platform. I put our values up there initially as areas you could recognise your people under, but we have now revamped and renamed the whole thing.”   

With 568 recognitions sent and a 78% engagement rate generated in the first 3 months, RGF Staffing now have access to a platform that connects staff and fuels appreciation across a multitude of brands.  

“Having a recognition platform that is common to all businesses is great as it’s important to us that everybody’s got visibility.  

For us, another important factor about having a group-wide recognition scheme is so I can say to corporate: ‘[employee] from Chandler Macleod really helped me with this, or [employee] from Peoplebank was great in that interview’ and nominate and recognise from across the brands.”  

An elevated wellness programme   

During their annual Winter Wellness Week, RGF Staffing utilised wellness content on Perkbox to enrich their initiative and promote the importance of physical and mental health.  

To further empower staff, a dedicated Client Success Manager from Perkbox hosted an impactful webinar that educated employees on the various meditations and workouts available to them.
