Ryan further backed this sentiment by saying, “It's all about people, so unless we've got that right, you know that's going to hinder how fast and how successfully we can grow.”
Solution
BookingGo’s search led them to choose Perkbox as it was the right fit for the business and simple to use. “Using the platform for myself from the people team's perspective is really easy. I can go on there, add in our own perks, I can go in and see how many people registered, how much money we've saved,” Sophie told us.

Results
Within seven months of launching Perkbox, 97% of BookingGo’s workforce were engaged with the platform with a huge number of them being active users. Ryan told us, “97% of our colleagues have actually activated their accounts and of those, 96% have actually redeemed a perk over the last three months.”
Having that level of engagement saw their employees save a lot of money. “In the last seven months, our colleagues have saved over £160,000, which is just amazing,” says Sophie, adding, “It really does give you a great return on investment. I would completely recommend Perkbox.”
BookingGo also saw their staff turnover rates drop after launching Perkbox. “Our staff turnover last year was 44% and this year it's down to 33%, and it's continuing to go down each month,” said Sophie. “So hopefully the more that we can do to help keep our employees motivated and engaged, then the lower our staff turnover will be.”
And those levels of motivation and engagement can be clearly seen from BookingGo’s workforce. Olesya summed it up best by saying, “If I feel my employer is caring about me, I’ll be giving 100% and doing everything I can to benefit the company.”
